The President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) along with university executives from all eight Rajamangala institutions held a meeting with the Olympic Committee of Thailand at the Grand Palace. General Vichai Techapaiboon, the Secretary-General of the Thai Olympic Committee, chaired the meeting to discuss academic collaborations through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at sports development for excellence. This also included support for preparations to host the 33rd SEA Games scheduled between December 9th to 20th, 2025. Post the meeting, the Thai Olympic Committee provided sports equipment to all nine Rajamangala universities, including 70 footballs, 130 volleyballs, 110 basketballs, 100 sets of petanque (with 3 balls each), 100 takraw balls, and 150 ping-pong balls, which were allocated for students and youth sports usage at the Thai Olympic Committee on October 12th, 2023.
