Personnel Management Division organized the ‘Career Advancement Path for Support Staff’ program, Activity 2, Group 1: ‘Technical Training on Writing Operational Manuals,’ held from July 4th to 5th, 2566, at the Le Celestium Hotel, Bangkok. The aim was to enhance knowledge and understanding of various assessment models, exchanging insights into evaluating works for higher positions. The workshop featured Ms. Patama Jakkarat, Director of the Staff Development and Enhancement Center at the Ministry of Education, and Mr. Nikhom Lalaincheun, an Education Specialist from Chiang Mai University, as trainers. The training focused on fundamental knowledge in creating operational manuals and included the first five chapters. The workshop had the participation of 43 civil servants from educational institutions and university support staff.
