The event took place on July 31, 2023, at Wat Mokutakasattriyaram Ratchaworawihan Temple in Bangkok. Dr. Nattaworn Phanlertwatthana, the President, along with the university&#8217;s administrators, faculty members, staff, and students, participated in offering candles and Thai cultural items.
