Dr.Natworapol RachsiriwatcharabulPresides Over and Delivers Special Lecture at Orientation for Newly Appointed Support Staff
Dr.Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over the opening ceremony and delivered a special lecture at the Orientation Program for Newly Appointed Support Staff, held from December 17-18, 2024, at the Krom Luang Conference Room, 6th Floor, Faculty of Industrial Education, RMUTP, Thewet Campus.
The event was attended by over 50 newly appointed university staff and government officers in support roles. The program aimed to provide participants with essential knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures, responsibilities, and relevant rules and regulations. It also informed them about their rights, benefits, and available welfare services.

Special Lectures and Activities<\/strong>
The orientation featured a special lecture titled “Achieving Service Excellence”, delivered by Dr.Wilai Phuengphon, a faculty member from the College of Innovation and Management, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
Additionally, participants engaged in group activities designed to foster relationships and team spirit among the staff. These activities were led by Second Lieutenant Narapat Yaemsuan and his team from the Recreation Relations Group, Department of Physical Education.
Program Objectives
The orientation aimed to:
1. Equip new support staff with knowledge of RMUTP\u2019s administrative processes.
2. Emphasize the importance of responsibility and adherence to workplace duties.
3. Clarify relevant policies, rules, and regulations.
4. Educate participants about their rights, benefits, and welfare programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
